I have been in Cindy's class for over a year. I had done yoga previously, but had never enjoyed the experience as much as I have with Cindy. She manages to find the perfect balance between hard work, strength, stretching and relaxation, pushing me a bit further each week. At the same time she manages to cater for a class of people at various abilities. Each of Cindy's classes are different, but at the end of each one I feel like I have developed in a different way both physically and mentally, and I always have the best night sleep afterwards!"

I love attending Cindy's yoga class. She always makes me feel welcome and at ease. Cindy adjusts her teaching to suit the various levels of ability of each member of her class and never makes me feel inadequate. Cindy is always pleasant and encouraging. She seems to love yoga and brings a degree of spirituality as well as fun to her classes. Each class is slightly different, always relaxing and never boring.

Having been to many yoga studios taught by different teachers, I can honestly say that Cindy has been my favourite for a meditative and insightful session. Her approach to guiding the yoga process is both engaging and relaxing, whilst encouraging students to get in touch with their breathing and body. She undoubtedly has a gift for both yoga and teaching, and I cannot recommend her classes enough.

Cindy worked with me to address my lower back pain which had persisted over a period of time. She carefully created a program that focused firstly on stretching then moved to strengthening before consolidating my routine into maintenance. Cindy was exceptional at working out what was going to fit into my lifestyle in terms of time and frequency of practice as she understands that it isn't always easy to motivate yourself. She is a practical teacher who is very caring. I would recommend Cindy for yoga therapy and the reason: when I don't follow her program, the back pain starts to return.
