I am a qualified hatha yoga teacher and yoga therapist with over 10 years experience teaching studio, community and corporate classes. I am passionate about yoga and bring openness and compassion to my classes, acknowledging that each student is different. My teaching style is a blend of vinyasa (flowing movement), yoga therapy, mindfulness, meditation and restorative yoga and my aim is to support and nurture students safely throughout their yoga practice.
All yoga classes are intelligently designed to support students no matter their gender, age, flexibility, injuries, fitness or health. My aim is to open yoga up to every body. This provides students with the opportunity to practice in an environment that is free from judgement and competition and allows students to modify and adapt their yoga practice, accommodating their bodies as they change over time.
Personal and yoga studies continue through various yoga workshops and a Bachelor of Psychology.
